Lag and Lead are located in the relationships and you have no access to this field in the Primavera P6 in the column, so maybe it is not easy to track this information in the activity sheet. First of all, lets to find what is the LAG and Lead:
Lag is the amount of wait time between two tasks. Or in other words, lag is the amount of time by which a successor activity will be delayed. Lag can be used in all the four logical relationships in scheduling, such as Finishtostart (FS), starttostart (SS), finishtofinish (FS), and starttofinish (SF)
If this amount of delay will be positive we call it Lag and if it is negative, it will be Lead
