Multispectral drone image can be easily used for crop health mapping using different indexes. One of the most popular index is NDVI, Normalized Difference Vegetation index which we can use for identification of spatial distribution of crop health. Drone images can be analyzed for NDVI using QGIS and ArcGIS software. So, in this video you can compare the methods to calculate NDVI and generate crop health map using qgis and arcmap software.
