Noise Tools is a free online noisemap and decibellevel simulator from MAS Environmental (an engineering firm in the UK). You can simulate the decibel levels in different scenarios by creating buildings, walls, and barriers, and then change their height, angle, distance, terrain, or noise sources. The online simulator comes with a few simple shapes that you can draw, resize, and move around on a canvas. As you move the objects or change the noise source, you'll see how the decibel level rises and falls.
