Hi everyone, my name is Sarah, and in this episode, I talk about something a lot of people deal with, especially athletes and that is ectopic heart beats or PACs/PVCs. If you have every had to deal with these you might now how scary or offputting they can be even if they are harmless. I found some personally tricks to help manage mine when they flare up and I shared them in this video.
