How To Delete Blank Rows at The Bottom of Excel Sheet
There is a million row in an excel worksheet. 10,48,576 to exact in each worksheet. And we definitely don’t need this many rows every time we use excel. Sometimes we create different types of reports in excel. But all these empty rows at the bottom of the worksheets look awkward. To make our reports spectacular we must remove these empty rows from the bottom of our worksheet. But the question is how? Excel won’t let you remove it. If you select also those rows and delete, it will only remove the data inside those range but the cells, the gridlines those will remain the same.
Don’t worry, I have a solution for this. We still can remove those bottom rows form the worksheet. For that we need to select those rows we want to remove. Select the last row you want to keep. Now Press CTRL + Shift + Down Arrow. Now right click on your selection and click on hide. This will not remove those rows but hide it. It will look like all the blank rows from the bottom of your worksheet is now removed. To unhide those rows select and drag down the last visible row. Now right click and unhide.
