In this third episode of Cities: Skylines Rochester, we are starting work on the railway infrastructure and Rochester Station in the Northern part of Downtown. Join as I build the realistic, heavily modded version of Rochester's rail network for the recreation and revitalization project. In this episode I will also be discussing both the history of Rochester Station and the future plans Rochester has in store for rail in the city.

I plan on finishing the city in its present form so that I can use it as a basis to improve traffic, improve walkability, increase transit options and opportunities, and complete highway removal/covering projects.
