How to do Chair Yoga is a class that is slow and takes time to explain a little more of what is going on.  Suitable for all levels this introduction to chair yoga is a short  minute practice with lots of variations offered for differing abilities.  Chair Yoga for beginners invites you to explore the practice of Yoga.   With our breath, body and mind attention we aim for a sense of unity and presence.  The breath is such a powerful key in this practice and allows the practitioner to hold the focus and go deeper into it.   Come join the class and let me know what you think.  If you have any questions please put them in the comments.
