This dotting tutorial is based on the colorful designs of Rangoli SandArt of India. This amazing, traditional art is made using handfuls of colored chalk, colored rice, or colored sand and then dragging them into symmetrical designs. This design will be a little tough for beginners, but with practice everyone can do it! All tools and paints are listed below.
