Written tutorial:

1) Download version *1.0* of the nogtavlauncher mod. very important that you get version 1.0
2) Download the 3095 patch files
3) drag the patch files into your game directory. (make sure R* launcher is closed)
4) drag the mod files into your game directory (DO NOT USE THE ASI FILE if you want to use online features such as the stock market, see the notes section)
5) start your game via the exe provided in the mod. If you didn't include the ASI file in step 4, follow this additional step:

5b) if you get stuck at the main menu because you aren't signed in (when the ASI file isn't included in step 4), simply launch the R* launcher and sign in.
this will bypass the check and allow you to begin loading single player. enjoy.

NOTES:
you WILL have to do these steps every time R* updates your game. When not including the ASI file... this is every time you launch the game. Kinda annoying, but it works.
