Today we will learn how to write a memorandum, which is used for recommending an officers of one department to another for some specific facilitation or purpose.
I have written it for obtaining a Government Arms License for an employee while you can use it for other purposes as deemed necessary from time to time in your respective official business. E.g. for obtaining an international passport, recommending for a training opportunity etc.
