Ennui is one of the new four emotions in Inside Out 2. She is Riley Andersen's ennui. Ennui means "boredom" in French.

Throughout the movie, Ennui stays lying on the couch on her phone. Unlike Envy, she doesn't care about the plan and only steps up when she thinks that they need her. She also has a deep interest towards her phone, becoming uncharacteristically fast and loud when she loses it. She speaks with a French accent.
