Proko

There’s about 20 muscles in the forearm, but let’s try make it approachable. We’ll learn the forms of the 3 muscle groups and the tendons of the wrist. Premium lesson at http://proko.com/anatomy'>http://proko.com/anatomy

The forearm is a complicated area with nearly 20 muscles overlapping and interacting. There are several patterns that make the forearm manageable to draw. It can be simplified into three main groups: the flexors, the extensors, and the ridge muscles. Each group has it’s own unique form. Learning their anatomy will help you design awesomely dynamic arms. It’s a fun and infopacked lesson. If you’re struggling with forearms, hopefully this will help.
