A beginners tutorial lesson on how to draw highly detailed and realistic fur using soft pastel sticks and pastel pencils on Clairefontaine Pastelmat paper. This artwork measures 40x60cm in total and this video focuses on the fox on the right.

My aim is to give you an insight into the different methods and techniques for achieving a realistic wildlife drawing. I personally love lots of detail and vibrant colours so I hope this video can show you how you can achieve that too with pastels.
