How to Dry Parsley

Todays episode is a little different as I explore different forms of content.
Over this summer season I planted four Italian Parsley plants. When I filmed this we were halfway through the summer season and it was time to do the first harvest. I usually get 34 harvests throughout the season and in this episode I will show you that process.

This is just how I do it and this is what works for me.

You can also dry herbs in your oven on the lowest setting until crispy, but not burnt. If the colour of your plant is starting to brown or grey that means it is beginning to burn.
