flatpak user override filesystem=/run/udev:ro com.microsoft.Edge

Append to Launch Options (There needs to be a space before windowsize=1024,640...):

windowsize=1024,640 forcedevicescalefactor=1.25 devicescalefactor=1.25 kiosk "https://www.xbox.com/play"

IF that doesn't work, try to append this to Launch Options (There needs to be a space before windowssize=1024,640...):

windowssize=1024,640 forcedevicescalefactor=1.25 devicescalefactor=1.25 kiosk "https://www.xbox.com/play"
