Some people often asked me what an online class with 4050 students looks like. How do I motivate them to attend and participate in class?
and as a teacher, where do I draw strength despite so much school work?

To answer these questions, I am sharing with you my online class in Understanding Culture, Society, and Politics last April 9, 2021. All participants were Marikina Science High School grade 12 students and had parent/guardian consent in posting this on my Facebook wall and YouTube channel.

We used Avatar Classrooms (classrooms wherein students create their own avatar).

The COVID19 pandemic indeed has disrupted the momentum of every learner in the country. It resulted in a need to establish a new learning system that requires, more than ever, constant communication and support.

I draw my strength from God, my family, friends, coteachers, students, parents and guardians of my students.

Despite technical difficulties, we continue to be actionoriented individuals, finding means to solve it. Besides, encountering problem is part of life.

We hope that this would be a great help for many teachers and students who are exploring online platforms.
