Instead of competing with the "crowd" for wellknown scholarships, you may be better of sending out emails to specific professors or graduate coordinators before applying to any graduate program. (Just so you know, I give this out freely to those who show they have invested some time in the process, usually by having all (or some) of the documents and required exams stated in this video. I do this because sending out emails is not the first thing to do in this process, you have to meet the "minimum" admission requirements, so you don't waste your time and that of the professors.
