Learn how to evaluate the limit of a function from the table of values of the function. The limit of a function as the input variable of the function tends to a number/value is the number/value which the function approaches at that time.
To evaluate the limit of a function from the table of values of the function we choose points that are very close to the xvalue corresponding to the desired limit number both from the left and from the left and then observe the value which the yvalue of the function approaches. This yvalue is the limit of the function. If the yvalue of the function does not approach a single number from the left and from the right of the xvalue, then, the limit does not exist.
