WHAT IS A MOTION IN LIMINE BY ATTORNEY STEVE®

This video discusses generally what a motion in limine is (a pretrial motion) and what the basic format is. You will want to prepare a motion and and proposed order for each of your objections.

If you are successful on the motion (it is sustained) the result is the jury will not get to hear the evidence.

There are many different objections that can be made to many different types of evidence.

Judges may not like the motion is limine, so make sure to follow their rules, and limit it to your best 25 legitimate objections.
