How I obtained a copy of my Summary/Breakdown letter.

I called the VA at 8008271000 and inform them that:

“I would like a summary letter/disability breakdown letter to include, all my serviceconnected conditions, percentages and diagnostic codes.” (If you are not service connected, you will not have one). Also, you can have them email or fax (if you don’t have a fax at home, you can download a fax app in the play store on your phone) this information, if the person doesn’t want to email or fax it, hang up and call back and speak to someone else.
