I go through filing out a claim form in the small claims court note that until your claim is allocated to the small claims track it is not a small claim. All medium and smallsized claims are usually Part 7 claims and the N1 claim form is same for all. So you may issue your claim and decide later on that you think it should in fact be allocated to a higher track, such as the fast track or multitrack. (There are costs implications of this which I cover elsewhere in other vlogs.)
So all county court claims are issued in the same way (although there are exceptions and I touch on claims that should be issued by Part 8 and not part 7). The procedure and the claim form are different.
