Dr. Rowe shows how to fix an uneven hip at home with no special equipment.

A big cause of a lateral pelvic tilt (aka uneven hips or pelvis) is due to weakness and tightness in the muscles that help support the hips and pelvis. This includes the quadratus lumborum (QL), glutes, and adductor muscles.

We're going to specifically lengthen and strengthen these muscles to quickly get your hips back in balance. This may help self correct both a low hip or a high hip posture.

All of the exercises can be done at home and require no special equipment.
