Has your Audi A4 got really slow wipers???? One or both of your shafts are probably seizing up. Here's how to take out the wiper mechanism, take them apart and fix them for nothing. No money spent, just 2 new O Rings and a little grease! Hope this helps you out.... Enjoy!
