Ben Tanner PAC shares 2 relatively simple steps you can take to put type 2 diabetes in remission. Diabetes is a problem of carbohydrate intolerance, so the first step is to reduce carbohydrate intake. The next step is intermittent fasting. Fasting alone can potentially put diabetes in remission, but works even better combined with low carb. He also shares some bonus steps to help you fix your blood sugar even faster. The same process would work for fixing prediabetes. And while you can't fix type 1 diabetes completely, some of these steps would help you regulate your blood sugar better, and be healthier.
