How to Fix Duck Feet Posture

Walking and squatting like a duck is a result of a restriction in ankle dorsiflexion.

Without sufficient mobility in the ankles, the body looks for another way to unlock mobility, which is usually through toeing the feet out, overpronating, and collapsing the arch of the foot.

In this way, the lost mobility in the ankle is reclaimed in the foot. But, unfortunately, this creates an issue with foot stability, which affects the foundation of the entire body.

A way to overcome this issue is by devoting some time in postures that encourage and enhance the flexibility of the ankle joint, specifically in dorsiflexion.
