Heres a tutorial on how to fix QSS4 LCD Display ERROR 7 on the ZERO scooter. ERROR indicates a motor failure and there could be many causes for it. It could be a broken wire outside the motor or inside the motor. It could be a burnt hall sensor or a burnt hall sensor wire. To narrow down the possibilities, we first identify of the hall sensor wires are ok as they are the main current load carrying wires.
