Step 1: Update the Mouse Driver
Launch Device Manager by rightclicking the Start menu icon and choosing Device Manager.
Expand the Mice and other pointing devices option.

Step 2: Tweak mouse settings
open control panel and click on view by category and select large icons
then click on MOUSE and choose 7 and 4 settings from WHELL TAB.

Find your mouse on the window that opens.
