How can I fix rounded shoulders?

In today's FREE OcraMed Health myofascial release video, I'll first demonstrate how to perform fascial release work on the pec minor muscle, helping you break up myofascial trigger points (scar tissue) in the pec minor.

After , I'll demonstrate how to strengthen your rhomboid muscles.

There are 2 main causes of rounded shoulder posture?

First, the shoulders become rounded forward due to a tight pectoralis minor muscle, usually from excessive sitting.

Second, weak rhomboids, both rhomboid minor and rhomboid major. What happens if rhomboids are weak? When the rhomboid muscles are weak, they allow the shoulders to be pulled forward by the pec minor.

Give these 2 strategies for fixing rounded shoulders a try and leave a comment letting me know how your treatment's progressing.
