Flight Simulator X Steam Edition mission Monsoon Approach. Landing Boeing 747400 in Monsoon at Singapore Changi Airport.

After several failed landing I finally figured out some errors that may have been there purposefully.

One such error was that when climbing down automatically from 6000 to 2500 ft the plane would not reduce altitude as desired. I, therefore, had to switch off Altitude Hold to manual make altitude corrections. But this peculiar behavior did not happen every time I flew this mission and sometimes the altitude was correctly handled by Auto Pilot.

Another error I noted was that on the final leg of the flight the direction given by control tower as 50 degrees did not align the plane correctly to land at runway 2C at Changi. My be ATC ment to move 50 degrees rather towards 50 degree. So I switched OFF Heading Hold and switched on NAV Hold to automatically adjust heading.

I will appreciate any comment that will indicate my own errors or actions in order to improve my flying.
