How To Fry Chicken | Buttermilk and Deep Fry Method
Tools used:
Deep pot (I use Ayesha Curry Cookware
A candy thermometer
Vegetable oil (enough to cover chicken completely)
Flour
Seasonings of your choice
Buttermilk
A deep bowl
Ziploc bowl or plate to flour chicken
A wire rack to cool chicken on and to drip oil off
