Recently the boys have been hot with some questions regarding weight loss but can it be done without compromising your strength gains. "If you chase 2 rabbits you will likely catch none."
As many things in life there are trade offs and you must chose which path you want to go down?
To lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit eating less food than you are burning via your daily activities. If you want to build muscle and get stronger you need to be in a calorie surplus eating more food than you are burning. These are 2 very different choices that are in direct conflict with each other.
