*PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMENTING YOUR ISSUES*
I've run into a lot of people having issues with their games being locked or invisible.
Here are some quick fixes I didn't address in the video:
1) If a lock icon appears on an app you want to download try restoring licenses (1:13)
2) Make sure you and your friend have completed accounts and be sure they are linked to an associated PSN account.
3) If the lock still appears, keep in mind some games can't be shared between PS4's
4) If a shared application is invisible try sorting your games library by purchased, or go to the Playstation Store and search for the application.
5) As with all technological fixes, restarting the console/redoing steps is always the first thing you should do when trying to solve an issue.
