If you’re a foreign national hoping to work in Canada, you should know that the process of finding a job and getting a work permit isn’t easy.

In most cases, a Canadian employer will need to get a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) from the government before hiring a temporary foreign worker (TFW).
