How To Get EWS Category Certificate in Jammu and Kashmir

1) Identity Proof Aadhar Card ( Both Sides)
2) Girdawari Other (Land Record)
3) Voter Id Voter Card (Both Sides)
4) Address Proof Aadhar Card ( Both Sides)
5) Domicile Certificate Domicile Certificate
6) Ration Card Ration Card (Inner & Outer Both)
7) Income Certificate (Gross Annual Family Income of Previous Financial Year)
8) Affidavit (Duly attested declaring that the Applicant's family does not possess the assets as may exclude him/her from being a member of EWS category)



Eligibility
I solemnly declare that my family does not own or possess any of the following assests:
I.5 acres of agricultural land and above;
II.Residential flat of 1000 sq. ft. and above;
III.Residential plot of 100 sq. yards and above in notified municipalities;
IV.Residential plot of 200 sq. yards and above in areas other than the notified municipalities.
