Goat meat is lean and has low cholesterol content. Goat milk is rich in vitamins and minerals and has antifungal and antibacterial properties. Hence it is medically recommended for infants and the elderly. Due to its health benefits over cow's milk, goat's milk has recently gained more importance in the market.

Also, money can be earned by selling their manure, which is rich in nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Their waste acts as a natural compost, which increases soil density and ensures healthy crop growth and productivity.
