—— First sit on your bed, closer to the head of the bed than to the foot of the bed and then scoot back onto the bed as far as you can.Next is lower yourself onto your side using your arms to help guide and control your body. At the
same time, bend your knees and pull your legs onto the bed. Make sure your knees bent. Roll onto your back. Keep your shoulders and hips together as a unit as you roll.Movement is synchronize like rolling log. Your shoulders and knees should always point in the same direction.


Getting out of Bed

First roll onto your side like a log. Alway tighten your stomach( bracing) with movements.
Bend your knees until your legs are hanging over the side of the bed.( follow video)
Use your arms to lift your upper body up so that you are sitting on the edge of the bed.
And the push off with your arms to stand up.
