Summer is here and here are three tips to get lean! These are just some tips that work for us, it may not work for everyone. But check them out and see for yourself. Intermittent fasting is one that we've been using for a while, it's just part of our lives. Move more! Move your body as much as you can by creating daily habits by walking, get up while watching tv, while you're on your phone, etc. "An object that's in motion stays in motion." Newton's First Law of Motion. And lastly, backpacking. Get out in nature, experience it and be present AND that you're moving all day.
