Muscle knots in our shoulders/traps make our muscles feel tense & sore and can even give us headaches. In this video I tell you what these knots are, what causes them, how to find them, and what can you do to get rid of them.

The traps and levator scapula area is the most common place in the body for trigger points, but if you use this 3 step process: (i)squeeze the muscle, (ii)lightly and repetitiously contract the muscle, then (iii)stretch, you can release these muscle knots and feel better instantly.
