We're buying a house to fix up and sell but you won't believe the condition they left the property in for me. Today we'll walk through another house flip. This is going to be a complete reno plus we've got thousands of dollars in landscaping too. The tenant pretty much left everything in the property for us to clean out. It's OK, that's what we do right?!?!? We'll go inside to see all the repairs that need to be done, then we'll go back to the office to go over the numbers so you see what we paid for it, our reno costs, the holding/costs to sell and finally our projected profit.
