So you've started your first new city Cities Skylines, and you're running into some problems, what do you do now?

In this easytofollow beginners guide, I'll show you the BEST way to start a brand new city 100% vanilla. In this episode we will talk about thoughtful expansion of your city through proper planning for future growth improving your sewage and deathcare systems, using district styles as well as introducing the Parklife and Snowfall DLCs into the game, adding in train, tram and bus lines to create a wellconnected neighborhood. Through proper planning practices and a good layout, a city will have a much better traffic flow, grow faster and make more money.

If you're an ABSOLUTE BEGINNER, we will go over the basics of the game, from the starting road layout to zoning, services and how to make money in Cities Skylines. We will go over the next few milestones and what to do when you unlock each one.

This tutorial applies to both PC and console players, but I am playing on a PC so some things may be different if you're on PS4, Xbox, Switch, etc. I have a few visual mods installed to make the game look more visually appealing, but the gameplay itself is 100% vanilla base game.
