Master breeder Dean has been hatching baby brine shrimp (BBS) for more than 60 years because it's the BEST food for growing strong and healthy baby fish. Every day he hatches 1 Tbsp of Aquarium CoOp brine shrimp eggs in a 2 liter Ziss brine shrimp hatchery with 2 Tbsp of Easy Brine Shrimp Salt. The temperature is 78°F, and he harvests them after 36 hours. With two hatcheries running at a time, he's able to feed the fish some BBS and fish food twice a day, but if you're not breeding tons of fish like he is, he recommends hatching them out 2 times a week.
