In this video, I want to share how to heal from piriformis syndrome quickly without spending years in pain.
Piriformis syndrome often comes with other symptoms such as sciatica, hip, and lower back pain I'll share with you the most important things I did to finally conquer the pain and sustain a painfree state.
I lived with piriformis syndrome for several years, close to 7, before fixing this chronic problem. It truly ran my life. I woke up thinking about the pain and went to sleep with intense piriformis spasms almost every day.
