How to improve your posture

Having a good posture is not about how you look !! many people who suffer with lower back pain, has been blamed that they don't have a good posture and that's the cause of the pain.

If we could fix your lower back pain by just sitting upright and having a good posture, we wouldn't have a pandemic lower back pain crises.

I see in my day to day clinic people who suffer with chronic lower back pain and they been told or read by sitting upright and having a good posture you will minimise the chances of having lower back pain.

But the truth is, this theory have cause many problem for people globaly rather than helping them with their lower back pain and they end up with a chronic lower back pain consideration of having a GRETA POSTURE.

If you keep sitting upright and chronically abuse your back muscle you will end up messing up your back.

What can you do instead? Simply challenge and build your back muscle with strength training.

In this video I've shared with you how to train your lower back muscle by using resistance band.
