Part 3 is all about pressing the bearings onto the locker and installing the Crown wheel.
First I show you how to pull apart your old bearing by cutting the cage of and discarding it. You can use the tool we just made in a press as well by putting a steel pipe over the bigger end.
Another option is using a hammer like I did. You must make sure you knock the bearings in straight. So keep everything level so it does not go in on an angle. If it does remove and start again.

Installing the Crown wheel. But it in a bucket and boil some water, a better option is to put it in a pot and boil the water with the crown wheel inside. Once the crown wheel has been sitting in the water for 510mins pull it out and wipe of any excess water. The crown wheel should slide on with a bit of force. Make sure you line up the bolt holes before you push it all the way down!

Torque specs for crown wheel bolts: 97Nm, do it in a few stages
Also dont forget to put Loctite red on the bolts.

2x pinion bearings (upper and lower)

oil catcher
marking compound
New gasket

Locker (ARB, TJM, ELocker)
Solid pinion spacer
New crown wheel and pinion
Pinion flange
Dust cover (if reusing old pinion flange)
