With Cerbios being one of the few custom BIOS out there for the original Xbox which is still getting modern updates, many people have been using it as a goto for their TSOP flashed or chipped consoles. Softmod owners have not been able to make use of Cerbios until a recent update which allows for Boot From Media (BFM) compatibility! Although I've covered installing this specific softmod already, that was made for stock users that have not softmodded their consoles yet. This video is centered around people who already own a softmodded Xbox using any other softmod package and would like to install this one for Cerbios BFM functionality. Not all of the features of Cerbios will be available to softmod BFM users, however some of the standout features such as CCI compatibility will work.

This tutorial will walk through the process on an already softmodded Xbox of transferring over the required files, how to launch the installer, and install this new Cerbios focused softmod. The last steps will also cover EEPROM backup, Cerbios customization, and how to update Cerbios in the future!
