Today's video covers how to install NVE and Reshade (graphics). You will need the $10 gold tier or higher which can be purchased from the patreon. In the readme you can find a step by step guide along with required settings (for Particles Quality, PostFX, Shader Quality, and DirectX) and Display or Brightness tips. There's also an explanation for what the mods in the Optional AddOns do. The recent FiveM update broke reshade so the clouds wont work.
