To increase at the waist
ROW 1 knit front & back of first stitch, K to 2 stitches before marker, K front & back, K1, slip marker, K front & back, K to 2 stitches before marker, K front & back, K1
ROW 2 KNIT
Repeat rows 1 & 2 until you have the correct number of stitches.
Please use number of stitches stated for the sizes because you may have problems with the rib if the number is incorrect.
