This stepbystep tutorial shows you how to loom knit a bicolor mitered square. These squares are great for making blankets, afghans, throws, pillows, rugs, ... And can work as a dish cloth / washcloth too.

They appear to be made out of two triangles, but are made all in one piece. They have a diagonal row of decreases through the center of the square, and the stitches go in two different directions in the two halves of the square.
