How can you lose weight fasting? This is how! I lost 6lbs in 2 days of water fasting. I will start eating today, and I will eat until next Tuesday, and then fast again for another 2 days. My goal is to lose 5lbs a week, or 20lbs a month. I started two weeks ago at 348lbs, and I am now 331lbs. That is a 17lb weight loss in 2 weeks! I will gain some of the weight back lost from fasting after I start eating again, but it is all about my overall weight loss. Water fasting allows me to detox my body, clean my colon, keep a level head and clear mind by removing brain fog, and hopefully it will assist me in getting rid of cellulite while eliminating loose skin. I have decided to incorporate more living foods in my diet by adapting a mostly raw vegan lifestyle.
