How to Lose Weight WITHOUT Exercising (Yes It Can Be Done!)

A lot of my physical therapy clients tell me they can't lose weight because they can't exercise (typically because they have things like knee pain, low back pain, sciatic nerve pain, or neuropathy, etc.).

In their minds, since they can't exercise, they can't lose weight either...

But I'm happy to tell you that you CAN lose weight WITHOUT exercising!

I'll explain more of the details in the video, and I'll also dissect how exercising longterm can certainly help you develop a healthier lifestyle, which will in turn help you lose weight in the future.
